We are pleased you are considering making your home with us. We are very proud of our community and believe you will be too.

Applications are processed in the order received fully completed.  The first qualified applicant with all the move-in money, will be approved.

Our standards for qualifying to rent a home are simple and fair. They are:

  • Your gross income must equal approximately three times the monthly rent of your home.  [If two families are renting, each family must have income at least two time the rent]
  • A favorable credit history.
  • Be employed or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
  • Good references from previous Landlords.
  • Applicant must have all the move-in money available [1st months rent, application fee and security deposit] at the time of application. 
  • Applicant must be over 18 years old.
Service Animal three part test
  • Provide documentation of a disability (normally a letter from a physician). 
  • Animal must be trained to serve a function related to the person’s disability.
  • The request to have a service animal must be reasonable.
Rental / Personal History
We believe in second chances for those completely honest with us on a case by case basis.  

Applications that are not complete will not be considered until all information is provided.
